I msg'd him for a run and he plays dumb by ignoring me. What really ticks me off is he doesn't even have the decency to respond. What the hell? Then he ignores me?

Nuh - uh. That's not how this works. I'm not sure about Annihilator, but with phosho's kind of treatment, I don't think it's worthy of any reccomendation.
